Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Premium Transfer, we value reliability and proper scheduling. The following terms apply to all bookings:
Payment
A minimum 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Customers may choose to pay either the deposit or the full amount in advance.
The deposit is used to secure the booking and to cover administrative and operational costs.
Cancellation
More than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup:
A full refund (100%) of the paid amount will be issued.
Less than 48 hours before pickup:
- If only the deposit (20%) was paid, it is non-refundable.
- If the full amount was paid in advance, 80% of the total amount will be refunded.
No-Show
If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location and time, no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
